Get in touchThe reason the business exists is simple enough. Too many people we knew were being let down by contractors, either because the job was too small to take seriously, or because the job was too big for one trade to handle.
So we built a business that takes small jobs as seriously as large ones and keeps the main trades in-house so one company can run the whole project. The name on the van is the name on the invoice and the name on the phone when you ring. That is still how it works today.
Registered and certificated with four separate bodies, each covering a specific part of our work.
Accreditation costs money and takes time to maintain. That is deliberate on our part. It is one of the few things a customer can check externally that tells them the business is being run properly.

For electrical installation and certification. NAPIT is one of the recognised Part P bodies. EICRs and installation certificates issued with the right numbers.
Independent inspection of our building work and access to FMB dispute resolution if anything goes wrong. FMB also covers us with TrustMark government-endorsed quality.
Business-level support and legal cover. Not a trade accreditation but evidence the business is run properly and insured correctly.
No secret method. Just doing the basics properly, consistently, over time.
Most of the work we pick up new this year will come from people who saw work we did last year. That keeps us honest.
Dates agreed in writing. If something changes, we ring you before you have to ring us.
Every job over £500 comes with an itemised quote. Variations written up before we do them, with a price.
Dust sheets, daily tidy-up, waste taken away. We leave the place cleaner than we found it.
When a job turns out harder than expected, you find out before it gets more expensive. We photograph anything uncovered and ring before spending your money.
Under our workmanship standard we come back and sort defects. For maintenance clients it becomes an ongoing relationship.
Commercial lift maintenance, large industrial work, national contracts. We point you in a better direction rather than waste your time.
We are not the cheapest, and we do not try to be.
We have seen enough jobs go wrong after a cheap quote to know that the few hundred pounds saved up front becomes a few thousand in rework. Our quotes reflect what the work actually takes to do properly.
And we will not take on jobs we are not set up for. If you need something specialist (commercial lift maintenance, large-scale industrial work, national contracts), we will say so and point you in a better direction.
